The effective tax rate for the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021 is 0.0% and 0.0%, respectively. The primary drivers for the differences in the rates from the prior-year period to the current-year period is the acquisition of an entity in a foreign jurisdiction in the fourth quarter of 2021.Provision for income taxes consists of U.S. and state income taxes and income taxes in certain foreign jurisdictions in which the Company conducts business.
