Note 4 - Investment Held for Sale
As all of TALs nursery capabilities have since been transferred to the Companys other operations in Tizimin, Mexico and the Company is in the process of selling the land. The net assets have been reclassified as Investment Held for Sale at December 31, 2010; the promissory notes are netted against the net assets. The Net Assets, measured at fair value as of June 30, 2011 were $565,473 Belize Dollars (US $278,552 and US $292,350 based on exchange rates in effect at June 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, respectively). |
