Note 9 - Discontinued Operations
Pursuant to accounting rules for discontinued operations, the Company has classified all gain, revenue and expense related to the operations, assets, and liabilities of its bio-pharmaceutical business as discontinued operations. For the six-month period ended June 30, 2012 and year ended December 31, 2011, Income from Discontinued Operations consists of the foreign currency transaction gains or losses related to current liabilities associated with the discontinued operations that are denominated in Euros. |
