Note 5 - Investment Held for Sale
As all of TALs nursery capabilities have since been transferred to the Companys other operations in Tizimin, Mexico and the Company is in the process of selling the land. The net assets have been reclassified as Investment Held for Sale at March 31, 2012 and at December 31, 2011; the promissory notes are netted against the net assets. The Net Assets, measured at fair value as of March 31, 2012 were $565,473 Belize Dollars (US $297,133 based on exchange rates in effect at March 31, 2012). |
