On October 1, 2021,
Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”)
increased the annual base salary of Ralph Goehring, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from $225,000 to $250,000 and paid Mr. Goehring an interim performance bonus of $8,500.
